Re: Bichon day
The only day I have free in September is Thursday 6th. I will be having 2 weeks leave in Sept, so that kind of throws a spanner in the works.

LOL. I find that extremely hard to believe. Are you sure you've got your finger on the right pulse 'peperone'??

Re: Bichon day
I only have one bichon and she is quite old and not really suitable to a training day. I'm happy to come as an observer. If you can see where I stand with that would be good Sarah. I'm not sure how to find a model though for hands on training. Open to any suggestions. I'm happy to work around dates that suit Trish & ADC. Trish you will be busy at least two weeks before holiday and flat out when you get back.

Re: Bichon day
I don't have a Bichon to bring along to the day either. I assumed that they would provide the dogs for the training.
Yes Sarah (Tails), it is always the way when you have holidays. You work like a trojan leading up to them, and you are just as frantic when you get back.

HI EVERYONE,
I have told mel that everyone wont have access to a bichon so she will be trying to organise that aswell. When I trained there there were quite a few bichons that were grooomed there so im assuming we'll be using those, but I will let everyone know when I hear back from Mel:)

Re: Bichon day
Perhaps Mel knows a breeder that has retired show / breeding dogs that we can learn on.

Re: Bichon day
Hi everyone, the bichon day is up in the air because of the closing down of the ADC.
So until I can find someone else it will have to be cancelled and just re-schedual it for another date:(

Re: Bichon day
I was thinking for these breed days that we have other groomer teach us as they would know both the proper lines and grooming techniques. Thanks Trish!!
